Ram Dass is an itinerant spiritual counselor and advisor -- a circuit-rider of the soul. He is the founder of the Hanuman Foundation,dedicated to the promotion of spiritual awareness and well-being for people living in western cultures; and co-founder of the Seva Foundation, an international service organization that works on public health and social justice issues, saving people at risk of losing their eyesight worldwide. His own, very public spiritual journey paved the way for others to explore the territories of psychedelics, eastern philosophy, service, and work with the dying.
