The evening after FCC Chairman Michael Powell was sworn in he waited for a "visit from the angel of the public interest." He said that after waiting all night, she never came. This Friday, if you happen to be in D.C., you can help show that such "angels" do exist. American Ressurection, a group dedicated to fighting tyranny and oppression, is organizing the protest. On their Web site they proclaim: "The Angels of Public Interest Will Descend Upon the FCC! The Angels shall resolutely teach those who command power within the FCC that media and communications technology should forever serve people over profits." Read about their plight and join in!
