WMD Found . . . in Bush's Budget
Peter T. Ferenbach California Peace Action
September 3, 2003
The Bush administration is pursuing the development of more
'usable' nuclear weapons to employ in 'certain battlefield
situations,' according to Peter T. Ferenbach of California Peace
Action. The ramifications, says Ferenbach, are historic: For the
first time in U.S. history the White House has committed us to
threatening non-nuclear countries with nuclear weapons. California
Peace Action is organizing an extensive ad campaign to make the
public more aware of the administration's plans.
