Already reeling from the widespread rejection of its genetically engineered products in Europe, biotech giant Monsanto now can’t even get some of its favorite foods in its own dining room, reports Econews (March 2000). Caterers serving the corporation’s British headquarters have banned some “Frankenfoods” from their kitchens.
