One of the main lessons Taras Grescoe imparts in Bottomfeeder is that when it comes to making sustainable seafood selections, being informed is paramount. To that end, we’ve set up a Sustainable Seafood Special Online Project, chock full of helpful information.

Here in the Sustainable Seafood Salon, I hope Utne’s curious, knowledge-hungry readers will share additional resources, put forth questions they’ve encountered, and (my favorite) ante up with delicious recipes for those of us who are diving into sustainable seafood preparation.
