AFL-CIO PayWatch, Web site review by Julie Madsen

If you peruse this Web site on your lunch break, you just may not return from it. The AFL-CIO's PayWatch site provides an interactive way to learn just how wide is the breach between the pay and benefits of corporate executives and those of the average worker. While the site lays out the facts of this growing disparity and the double standards that exist in retirement security and job security, it also gives you the chance to compare the ratings of specific businesses, and measure your own pay against that of the higher-ups. And if statistics and graphs fail to get your attention, you can get an idea of the inequality in corporate life from playing one of the site's three board games such as "Greed!" Employee insubordination has never been so fun.
