Cocktail waitresses in Reno, Nevada, have launched a campaign
against the ‘mandatory heel height’ required by local casino
bosses. The sore-footed waitresses kicked off their Kiss My Foot
campaign with a mock shoe burning in downtown Reno, notes High

neighboring Las Vegas will fall in step as well.
