Presidential Sporting Prowess

Evo MoralesThe president of Bolivia, Evo Morales, has joined a minor league soccer team, according to the Guardian. Morales has used his soccer skills for politics before, rising to the top of a coca growers’ union after being noticed on the soccer field. Since then, he was elected as the country’s first indigenous president.

The next step should be to organize an international sporting expo, with Evo Morales playing soccer, Vladimir Putin fighting Judo, and George Bush… cheerleading.

Putin could do Judo, but don't forget the finesse at fishing he displayed last summer: http://www.cnn.com/2007/WORLD/europe/08/14/putin.fishing/index.html http://ej.ru/?a=note&id=7346
