A New Kind of Viral E-mail

Giraffe E-CardOne more awkward, in-person conversation can now be avoided, thanks to the internet: the one that starts, “Honey, I’m sorry. We have an STD.” InSpot.org lets users send an anonymous message to former partners telling them that they might have an STD, so they should get tested. At that point, unlucky recipients can get tested at their own discretion. Even though the site can’t promise the message is legit, it’s better to be safe than sterile.
