Standing along the U.S.-Canada border in Blaine, Washington, the outdoor artwork Non Sign II  “promotes nothing but the beauty of North American skies,” writes Creative Review (Dec. 2010). Made entirely of blackened steel rods and installed in 2010, it was commissioned by the U.S. government’s General Services Administration and created by Lead Pencil Studio in Seattle.
