The latest in theme parks has opened in Vilnius, Lithuania, where
visitors can revisit the horrors of gulag life. According to the
English magazine The Week (April 7, 2001), Stalin World
offers cattle car rides, barbed-wire fences and loudspeakers
blaring patriotic Soviet music.
