Bill O?Reilly, the much-celebrated FOX TV host of The
O?Reilly Factor, has earned a fair amount of notoriety for his
bulldog interviewing style, but as Tom Tomorrow notes on his
Weblog, the combative O?Reilly was recently undone by peace
activist Jeremy Glick, a signer of the Not in Our Name anti-war
advertising project whose father was killed in the 9/11 attacks.
Glick pressed an increasingly apoplectic O?Reilly to admit the U.S.
complicity in funding the Taliban and al-Qaeda terrorists until the
thin-skinned host eventually told his host to ?shut up? and pleaded
with his producer to ?cut his mic.?
